Discover the main new features of Mezzoteam, which offer major advances in document review management and graphical display of BIM model data. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">The ANSSI SecNumCloud certification for all your projects! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All projects hosted on Mezzoteam now benefit from the SecNumCloud certification, issued by the National Agency for Information Systems Security, and obtained by our partner CloudTemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SecNumCloud allows our customers to benefit from the four major axes of this certification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"color: #7e8890;\">\n<li><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">Security<\/strong> thanks to the commitment to comply with all points of a particularly demanding standard based on the ISO 27001 standard<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">Compliance<\/strong> attested by the successful passing of a compliance test, carried out by audit service providers approved by the ANSSI<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">Sovereignty<\/strong> through   the   strict   monitoring   of   French   and   European legislation on data management and the commitment not to be subject to foreign legislation <\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">Reversibility<\/strong> with the standard provision of a reversibility plan to its customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">An even more collaborative service with observations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Version 6.2 brings a major evolution in collaborative document management, with the release of the observation management module which revolutionizes the field of use of comments. From request management in the design phase to Q&amp;A in validation processes, the observations provide an effective framework for extended collaboration in Mezzoteam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:39% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"518\" height=\"292\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mezzoteam.fr\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/observations_img1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11144 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mezzoteam.fr\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/observations_img1.jpg 518w, https:\/\/www.mezzoteam.fr\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/observations_img1-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 518px) 100vw, 518px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Once the module has been activated on your Mezzoteam Pro workspace, you have access to a new tab in the documents and\/or in the validation tasks (depending on the configuration): observations.<br>You can add observations such as notes, questions, or issues.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:39% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"521\" height=\"221\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mezzoteam.fr\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/observations_img2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11146 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mezzoteam.fr\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/observations_img2.jpg 521w, https:\/\/www.mezzoteam.fr\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/observations_img2-300x127.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 521px) 100vw, 521px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>For each observation, you can add a criticality, a responsible person, group, or organization, due date, title, and comment, and one or more files. Once published, a discussion thread allows you to trace a Q&amp;A type exchange.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Comments section is now renamed to receive feedback on project documents, so you can search, filter, sort, and export comments in bulk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observation management will transform the day-to-day life of projects by extending Mezzoteam&#8217;s collaboration capabilities, improving the quality of design phases, shortening deadlines with Q&amp;A, and allowing requests to be tracked from one version of a document to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"color: #005378;\">Represent the data of your BIM models<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability to graphically represent data makes it immediately accessible to as many people as possible.
