For each workspace, Mezzoteam offers a dashboard composed of graphic indicators and performance indicators. These indicators, also known as KPIs, once implemented, will provide real time information on the efficiency of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is a KPI?<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\nA KPI (Key Performance Indicator) represents a measure that will be monitored throughout the project. Its value will be compared with predetermined thresholds. By aggregating several KPIs, you will get a “scorecard” for the project. It will provide information on the corrective actions to be taken to ensure that it runs smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
