Design of a Bus Rapid Transit network

Transport and Infrastructure
The Cayenne Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project marks a major milestone in modernizing mobility for the Communauté d'Agglomération du Centre Littoral de Guyane (CACL). Delivered through a 33-year public-private partnership with the project company IBYS, it has provided the metropolitan area with a high-performance transport infrastructure while supporting the transformation of the urban landscape.
The project involved the construction of two BRT lines totaling 10.1 km, serving 21 stations and connecting key strategic hubs in Cayenne, including the Andrée-Rosemon Hospital Center and the University of French Guiana. The project also includes a park-and-ride facility, two multimodal transport hubs, a maintenance and storage depot, and extensive public space redevelopment, contributing to the revitalization of numerous neighborhoods.
For this operation, Mezzoteam supported the teams in centralizing documents and streamlining communication between project stakeholders by providing a single Common Data Environment to ensure secure document tracking.
