ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
With version 2025.2, Mezzoteam introduces a comprehensive electronic signature solution for PDF files, compliant with French and European regulations. This feature is suitable for all types of projects and strengthens the reliability of validation workflows.
Electronic signatures are becoming an essential component of the document lifecycle and validation workflows. They ensure process continuity without interruption or departure from the CDE (Common Data Environment) and enhance traceability at every stage.

The electronic signature of a file can be performed from either a PC or a smartphone and is fully digitized end-to-end through our provider Datasure, which ensures the evidential value of the signature action, guarantees the integrity of the signed file, and can certify the timestamp of the signature event.
