Construction of a new hospital center

Health
The new Alpes Léman Hospital Center (CHAL) project relies on our Mezzoteam platform, a key solution for effectively managing communication and coordination between the various stakeholders on the construction site. This project is fully aligned with an Environmental and Health Quality approach, placing sustainable performance at the heart of the development.
Commissioned at the beginning of 2012, the CHAL welcomed its first patient in February of that same year. It took over from the Annemasse-Bonneville Intercommunal Hospital Center (CHIAB), which had previously operated across two separate sites in Ambilly and Bonneville, with all activities transferred to this new facility.
Located on a 30,900 m² site, the CHAL has a capacity of 445 beds and places, providing a modern environment tailored to the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals. This major project was entrusted to Eiffage, a leading player in the construction sector.
With an investment of 128 million euros excluding taxes, the Alpes Léman Hospital Center serves as a benchmark infrastructure for the region, designed to meet both current and future healthcare challenges.
