Office building renovation

Building
The restructuring of the Anjou Tower marked a significant milestone in the modernization of La Défense's office portfolio. Built in 1973, this 24,000 sqm office tower, spread over 20 levels, underwent a complete renovation between 2007 and 2009 to improve its integration into the business district and meet new environmental standards.
Managed by Cogedim on behalf of Vectrane, the operation brought together numerous stakeholders, including Valode & Pistre Architects and Coteba Immobilier Services. Coordinating these parties was a major challenge in ensuring the smooth execution of a high-rise building (IGH) restructuring project, while guaranteeing strict control over timelines and document exchanges.
This project illustrates the success of an ambitious renovation, balancing the enhancement of existing assets, sustainable development requirements, and effective collaboration between all partners.
