Selected as the benchmark platform, Mezzoteam helped manage the Cité Sanitaire Nazairienne, one of the major hospital projects of its generation.
With a capacity of 794 beds and places, this HQE-certified facility is a benchmark for innovation and sustainable construction. Supported notably by Icade and the Caisse des Dépôts, the project represented an investment of 280 million euros excluding tax. Completed between 2009 and 2012, it illustrates the ambition to create a modern, high-performance healthcare environment that addresses environmental challenges.
