Disney’s Hotel New York

The transformation of Disney’s Hotel New York into Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel stands as one of the most iconic renovation projects ever undertaken at Disneyland Paris. Completed in 2021, this major undertaking involved a complete reimagining of the historic hotel, which first opened in 1992, turning it into a unique 4-star establishment dedicated to the Marvel universe.

To support this complex operation, the project teams relied on the Mezzoteam platform to centralize information, streamline communication between the various stakeholders, and ensure rigorous monitoring of construction progress. The platform facilitated the coordination of the many companies involved throughout the project while ensuring reliable document management and shared access to all project data.

The renovation covered the entire property: modernization of all guest rooms, the creation of 25 themed suites inspired by the Avengers and Spider-Man, the redesign of common areas, and the integration of an exceptional collection of over 300 Marvel artworks, turning the hotel into a true gallery dedicated to the famous superheroes.
