As part of the extensive restoration and redevelopment program for the Grand Palais, the Réunion des Musées Nationaux – Grand Palais (RMNGP) selected the Mezzoteam platform to manage all operations and centralize communications between the project's numerous stakeholders.
This exceptional multi-year project has overseen the rebirth of one of Paris's most iconic monuments. Key achievements include the reopening of the Palais d'Antin, a historic wing long closed to the public, which has now been restored and is accessible year-round. Its Beaux-Arts architecture, spectacular glass dome, and the creation of the new Children's Palace are now central to the Grand Palais's cultural revival.
With Mezzoteam, the teams benefited from a unique collaborative environment to share documents, coordinate stakeholders, track approvals, and ensure the traceability of decisions throughout the project. The platform helped streamline the management of a complex operation involving numerous parties, while ensuring secure, centralized access to information.
The reopening of the Grand Palais and the Palais d'Antin illustrates the success of this major heritage transformation, which relied on high-performance digital collaboration to support an exceptional project.
