"Le Jardin des Orchidées" Residence

To support the development of the "Le Jardin des Orchidées" residence in Boissy-Saint-Léger (Val-de-Marne), the Fayat Group selected Mezzoteam to centralize communications, secure document management, and streamline collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Delivered starting in 2018, this mixed-use real estate development includes 319 units, split between social housing, rental properties, and private ownership, as well as a senior residence, 7 commercial and retail spaces on the ground floor, and 317 parking spaces. Spread across several buildings ranging from 4 to 5 stories, the project illustrates the complexity of residential developments involving multiple stakeholders and uses.

In this context, Mezzoteam helped structure document processes, ensure the distribution of reliable and up-to-date information, and facilitate team coordination throughout the construction phase, thereby contributing to smoother and more secure project management.
