Ministry of the Economy and Finance

The Real Estate Department of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and Finance oversees a vast property portfolio, comprising nearly 600,000 m² across approximately forty buildings in the Paris region, in addition to two sites in the provinces.

To ensure reliable, centralized tracking of this portfolio, the Ministry implemented the Prosys plan management system in 1998, deployed internally as ImmoGED. This solution supported the teams for many years, evolving alongside business requirements and technological advancements. In 2012, it was enhanced with the integration of Planoteam to provide new features dedicated to managing property data.

Over the years and through various updates, the Prosys plan management system gradually transformed into the Mezzoteam platform, while maintaining continuity in data and usage. Today, this platform serves as the foundation for the Ministry's real estate document management, centralizing plans and technical information while facilitating updates, sharing, and utilization by all relevant stakeholders.
