Museum of Fine Arts

For the renovation of the Dijon Museum of Fine Arts, located within the Palace of the Dukes and Estates of Burgundy, Mezzoteam supported the project teams in implementing a collaborative platform dedicated to document management and financial tracking for the operation.

The program, led by Éric Pallot, Chief Architect of Historic Monuments, and Ateliers Lion Architectes Urbanistes, required a digital environment capable of centralizing communications, securing documents, and streamlining processes among all stakeholders.

Thanks to Mezzoteam, project stakeholders benefited from a single collaborative space for document sharing, tracking approvals, and coordinating operations. The paperless management of work progress reports and financial flows was handled in partnership with Epicture, using the EDIFLEX® solution, which ensured reliable and compliant management of payment supporting documents.
