Implementation of a drawing management system

Operations
The National Assembly's document management project is part of an initiative launched over thirty years ago to structure, secure, and leverage its collection of technical drawings.
The computerization of the drafting office, initiated in 1992, marked the first step in this transformation. It was gradually enhanced by the implementation of a common graphic charter, the digitization and surveying of the Palais-Bourbon's floor plans, and the deployment of an initial drawing management system in the early 2000s.
As technology has evolved, the solution has kept pace with the institution's needs through several successive migrations: to the Prosys solution in 2003, and then to Mezzoteam in 2013, ensuring data continuity, modernized workflows, and secure access to all technical documentation.
Key project milestones:
Today: Mezzoteam serves as the document repository for technical drawings, supporting teams in the management, sharing, and long-term preservation of their documentary heritage.
