Modernization of Michelin's Global Technological Innovation Center

Industry and Energy
The Michelin Group relied on Mezzoteam to manage the construction of its RDI Campus, a major project that profoundly transformed its global research, development, and industrialization infrastructure.
Delivered in 2016, the RDI Campus is the largest building in the Auvergne region. Designed to combine environmental performance with quality of life in the workplace, this low-energy building accommodates 1,600 employees in a modern work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Beyond the construction of the campus, this project enabled the complete modernization of the site dedicated to Michelin's global research. Today, it brings together 3,300 R&D team members in France, representing over 350 different professions, working in close collaboration with the Group's international research centers.
Inaugurated in September 2016 in the presence of Manuel Valls and 1,800 guests, the RDI Campus remains a major benchmark for managing complex projects and large-scale workplace transformation.
