Construction and restructuring of a new building

Health
To support one of the largest hospital projects in Brittany, the Saint-Brieuc Hospital Center is using the Mezzoteam platform to centralize communications, coordinate stakeholders, and secure project tracking.
As the primary healthcare facility for the entire Côtes-d’Armor region, the Saint-Brieuc Hospital Center has 1,238 beds and places spread across two sites: the Yves-Le Foll Hospital and the Capucins Geriatric Center. In terms of capacity, activity, and technical facilities, it ranks as the third-largest public health institution in Brittany, following the university hospitals of Rennes and Brest.
As part of its modernization, the hospital is undertaking an investment program of over 33 million euros aimed at improving patient reception and optimizing care pathways. This project includes the construction of a new 6,000 m² building dedicated to outpatient services, as well as the restructuring of the main building at the Yves-Le Foll site.
Delivered in August 2021, the new outpatient center brings together consultations, day hospitals, and outpatient activities in a modern, functional, and more welcoming space. This reorganization streamlines patient pathways while enhancing comfort for both users and medical staff.
The renovation of the three existing wings, covering nearly 5,000 m², marked the completion of this extensive restructuring program. This operation has sustainably modernized the Yves-Le Foll site and strengthened the quality of care pathways for the benefit of patients and hospital teams.
