Comprehensive city asset management

Operations
Before deploying Planoteam, the City of Versailles managed its assets using a multitude of disparate tools and processes. Quotes, invoices, and floor plans were primarily handled in paper format, while work tracking and assignments relied on office software like Word and Excel. Service requests were processed via work orders, emails, or phone calls, making overall management complex.
Today, Planoteam serves as the central repository for the City's asset management. The solution supports the monitoring of a vast and diverse portfolio, including municipal buildings, parking facilities, green spaces, sports facilities, technical infrastructure (water, gas, electricity, ventilation, fire safety networks, etc.), and technical equipment such as boilers, elevators, and fire extinguishers.
The project has structured and streamlined asset management processes around a single tool shared by various departments. Teams now have a common site directory, a graphical database centralizing all floor plans, and simplified access to technical and asset-related data.
Centralizing service requests and maintenance operations provides better traceability of actions, facilitates daily activity tracking, and helps optimize preventive and corrective maintenance for the real estate portfolio. Thanks to an ergonomic, scalable solution tailored to user needs, the City now benefits from more efficient management, higher data quality, and enhanced oversight of its assets.
