ZAC des Bruyères Office District

To support the construction of an office building in the ZAC des Bruyères in Bois-Colombes, the project teams chose the Mezzoteam platform to centralize all construction site data and documents.

Accommodating up to 1,800 workstations, as well as an inter-company restaurant and a conference room, this office development brought together numerous stakeholders around common goals: ensuring execution quality, guaranteeing the traceability of communications, and facilitating coordination between the various parties involved.

Thanks to a common data environment, the teams were able to secure the tracking of deliverables, simplify approval workflows, and have reliable information available throughout the project. This collaborative organization helped streamline communication between the project owner, the project management team, contractors, and inspection partners.

Committed to an ambitious environmental approach, the building meets the requirements of BREEAM, HQE, and BBC certifications, illustrating the desire to combine energy performance, architectural quality, and operational excellence.
