BIM Award: BIM d’Or 2021

The 8th BIM d’Or (Golden BIM) Award ceremony took place in Paris on 21st September 2021. At this key event in the BIM ecosystem, 12 prizes were awarded. 9 Silver BIM Awards, 2 jury’s favourites and the coveted BIM d’Or!
Groupe ADP is the winner of the 2021 BIM d’Or Award with its “Rehabilitation of Terminal 2B, Creation of the BD Link” project, managed with the Mezzoteam collaborative platform.
We are very proud to have contributed to the success of this project through our platform Mezzoteam! Our collaborative platform was used for the exchange and management of documents and models.
This BIM d’Or rewards all the efforts of the different teams involved in this project.
As Julie Nicolas, Head of the Technical Department of Le Moniteur (French specialized construction magazine) and member of the BIM d’Or Jury, explained: “The jury unanimously appreciated the project and in particular its high level of complexity and the mastery shown in the file.” For the first time, Groupe ADP managed a BIM management mission in the synthesis, execution and digital DOE acceptance phases.
For his part, Alain Grignet, BIM Manager at Groupe ADP, also shares his experience: “Mezzoteam has been used since 2012 within Groupe ADP and over a hundred construction sites have been managed on this platform. We appreciate the detailed traceability that we can have on the verification circuits, whether for documents or models. In addition, its data structuring facilitates the transfer of execution documents to the documentary bases that accompany the life of the works.”
