Mezzoteam 5.3 allows you to:
- find the information you need quickly both in the metadata and the files
- work in a secure environment in which your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements
Find the information you need quickly
The new search feature may be accessed on all the workspace pages. The search feature can operate in all the languages available in Mezzoteam.
Implementation of the new search feature
In Mezzoteam Cloud, the metadata search feature is now available as standard in all Pack and Pro workspaces. It covers content in comments, documents, tasks and BIM issues.
The file search feature is an option that must be enabled in the contracts and in the workspaces.
For Mezzoteam platforms accessed via Intranet, the metadata and file search feature is an option that must be enabled in the licence agreement.
GDPR Compliance
The aims of the GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation) are to increase both protection of the people concerned by processing their personal data and making the relevant parties accountable for this processing.
The main areas in which we have ensured compliance are:
- the consent to general terms and conditions of use
- the process for unsubscription from Mezzoteam
- user rights (right of access – right to rectification and to erasure – right to restriction of processing – right to object and automated individual decision-making, including profiling)
