What’s new in Mezzoteam with version 6.2

Version 6.2 is available since 1st March. Discover the main new features of Mezzoteam, which offer major advances in document review management and graphical display of BIM model data.
The ANSSI SecNumCloud certification for all your projects!
All projects hosted on Mezzoteam now benefit from the SecNumCloud certification, issued by the National Agency for Information Systems Security, and obtained by our partner CloudTemple.
The SecNumCloud allows our customers to benefit from the four major axes of this certification:
- Security thanks to the commitment to comply with all points of a particularly demanding standard based on the ISO 27001 standard
- Compliance attested by the successful passing of a compliance test, carried out by audit service providers approved by the ANSSI
- Sovereignty through the strict monitoring of French and European legislation on data management and the commitment not to be subject to foreign legislation
- Reversibility with the standard provision of a reversibility plan to its customers
An even more collaborative service with observations
Version 6.2 brings a major evolution in collaborative document management, with the release of the observation management module which revolutionizes the field of use of comments. From request management in the design phase to Q&A in validation processes, the observations provide an effective framework for extended collaboration in Mezzoteam.
Once the module has been activated on your Mezzoteam Pro workspace, you have access to a new tab in the documents and/or in the validation tasks (depending on the configuration): observations.
You can add observations such as notes, questions, or issues.
For each observation, you can add a criticality, a responsible person, group, or organization, due date, title, and comment, and one or more files. Once published, a discussion thread allows you to trace a Q&A type exchange.
The Comments section is now renamed to receive feedback on project documents, so you can search, filter, sort, and export comments in bulk.
Observation management will transform the day-to-day life of projects by extending Mezzoteam’s collaboration capabilities, improving the quality of design phases, shortening deadlines with Q&A, and allowing requests to be tracked from one version of a document to another.
Represent the data of your BIM models
The ability to graphically represent data makes it immediately accessible to as many people as possible. Thanks to the themes of our BIM platform, each object property can become the support of a graphic representation.
- The theme manager is now able to manage not only IFC classes and types, but also all the properties of the objects in the model.
- A theme can impact on the color, opacity, and visibility of objects.
- The themes can be saved and replayed with a single click.
Thanks to the graphic themes, a new world of communication and collaboration opens up to Mezzoteam users, making it even easier to access the models and their database of objects.
