Aéroville

The construction of Aéroville, a shopping and leisure centre located right next to Paris’ Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport, was managed with the Mezzoteam solution.

The single-level building, with huge glazed panels pointing at the sky, accommodates 200 retailers, including one superstore, 25 restaurants and a host of services (medical centre, banks, childcare facilities, etc.), an underground car park and above ground parking providing a total of approximately 4,000 spaces.
The project led to the creation of more than 1,500 jobs.
The centre, one of the largest in Ile-de-France, opened in September 2013. Some 270 million Euros were invested in the project, which covers 10 hectares of land that belongs to Aéroports de Paris. It offers 80,000m² of retail surface area and space for future expansion.
