Saint-Germain-en-Laye’s agricultural and horticultural high school chose Mezzoteam for its restructuring and extension project. The footprint of the lycée is around 73 hectares. However, renovation and extension work was limited to an area covering 20 hectares.
The project concerned a group of buildings with a net floor area (SHON ) of approximately 10,000m² located in the southern part of the site: the high school’s main building, the buildings that housed the former CNIH (National Inter-professional Board of Horticulture) and the farm buildings.
The extension work covered an area of approximately 2,900m². The project was undertaken over a period of 38 months, broken down into three successive phases.
It also covered the creation of pedagogical greenhouses for the school at a cost of approximately €5m excl. taxes.
