Carrefour Allende

As part of this project, Bouygues Immobilier developed a SMARTGRID-type property complex. The complex is exemplary and innovative in terms of pooled energy resources between the offices and residential accommodation with geothermal energy production via ground-air heat exchangers and heat pumps.

This complex consists of housing, offices and shops. The surface area of 8,661m² is split as follows: 4,991m² of housing, 3,000m² of offices and 670m² of retail spaces.
A 500m² photovoltaic power plant was created as part of the project, as well as approximately fifty geothermal probes.
The six-storey buildings (ground floor plus five upper levels) surround a landscaped garden within the development and a small public square. 180 parking spaces are split between two underground car parks.

Bouygues Immobilier applied for two types of French environmental certification for this development: commercial buildings certification for the offices and HQE housing certification for the residential accommodation .
