The Communauté de l’Agglomération Havraise (CODAH) and the City of Le Havre came together to create a local public company (SPL) to restructure the Docks Café ahead of the construction of a convention and entertainment facility.
The Docks SPL was founded in January 2013 with CODAH and the City of Le Havre as equal shareholders. Our solution Mezzoteam was chosen for the management of this project.
