The Property department, within the General Secretariat, is in charge of monitoring the Economy and Finance Ministry’s Central Administration buildings.
In total, these cover a surface area of 600,000m² spread across 40 buildings located in the Greater Paris region, as well as two buildings elsewhere in France.
In order to manage these buildings effectively, the Ministry for the Economy and Finance invested in a Prosys document management system in 1998 (called ImmoGED within the Finance ministry). This application was combined with the Planoteam tool, rolled out in May 2012.
