Grand Carré de Jaude

The property complex “Le Grand Carré de Jaude” took three years to build and involved an average of 200 workers on the construction. It was delivered in the second half of 2013.

Covering a net floor area (SHON ) of 51,000m², this property complex includes: a 600-space car park, a shopping centre on two levels with 42 retailers and four mid-sized units, an interior central garden with shrubs and trees, a seven-screen cinema complex, 109 apartments to buy and 42 social housing rental units, a 125-room four-star hotel, a 126-room apartment hotel, 3,000m² of offices and student accommodation with 90 studio apartments/rooms.
