The company PETIT, a subsidiary of the Vinci Construction Group, chose Mezzoteam for the construction of Ovalie, which enabled the municipality of Saint-Ouen to welcome new businesses. Located in the Victor Hugo ZAC (joint development zone), Ovalie owes its name to the elliptical shape of the building.
Delivered in 2012, this HQE (High Quality Environmental standard) building was awarded the French “BBC” label (Bâtiment Basse Consommation, low-energy building). It is 50% more efficient than the standard required by the leading energy regulation.
Mezzoteam had already been implemented during the “Study” phase of this project by the architecture firm PG ARCHITECTURE.
A summary of those involved in the project: the client/project owner Capital & Continental, Aviva Investors, the project manager Castro Denissof Associés/ Silvia Casi, the architect PG Architecture, the facades and structures technical engineering firm Terrel, the fluids technical engineering firm OCI and acoustics specialist Impedance.
