Raspail offices

The Mezzoteam platform was chosen to manage the renovation project of an office building on boulevard Raspail, Paris.
Designed at the end of the 1970s by the architect Michel Herbet, the building underwent substantial changes to meet current environmental criteria.
The company GCC IDF1 worked on the project as General Contractor and on organisation, coordination and management, this development being part of its policy aimed at developing its expertise in renovation.

A summary of those involved in the project: the client/project owner Cogedim, project owner support from Builders & Partners and the architect Franklin Azzi Architecture.
