The construction of the Toulouse School of Economics was managed with the Mezzoteam platform. Work began in Febraury 2013. The construction of a seven-story university building, plus two basement floors, involved techniques that are very seldom used in France.
A summary of those involved in the project: the client/project owner Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, the development supervisor Athegram and the operational project manager Grafton Architects/Vigneu et Zilio.
