Originally built in 1972, the Tour Anjou underwent large-scale restructuring and renovation between 2007 and 2009. The project was managed using the collaborative working solution Mezzoteam.
With 20 floors of offices, the Tour Anjou is considered to be in the high-rise category of buildings (IGH in French, immeubles de grande hauteur).
The Tour Anjou is owned by the asset management company, Vectrane.
The project was run by Cogedim, supported by the Valode & Pistre Architectes firm, as well as the design office Coteba Immobilier Services.
