The Tour Granite stands 184 metres tall. It was built on 2,300m² of land and contains 68,000m² of offices. It can host up to 4,500 workstations.
It was the first high-rise building to obtain HQE certification (High Quality Environmental standard).

A summary of those involved in the project: Société Générale bank as investor, user and client; the architect Atelier Christian de Portzamparc; the project manager Coteba and the developer Nexity/Vinci.

During construction of the Tour Granite, Prosys’ Mezzoteam solution had 130 users. At the end of the project, the system contained some 17,500 graphical and technical documents, as well as 31,500 files.
