The Tours urban area chose Mezzoteam for the construction project of its first tramway line.
This development was first stage of a long-term transport modernisation and reorganisation project in the Tours area. The project was undertaken as a sustainable and socially-responsible development.
The tramway features 29 stations and transports approximately 50,000 passengers per day. The line is around fifteen kilometres in length.
A summary of those involved in the project: the client/project owner SITCAT (Tours urban area public transport authority), the authorised representative of the project owner Cité Tram, SET – TRANSAMO Group and general project management: SYSTRA – XELIS – SAFEGE – ECCTA – RICHEZ ASSOCIE – CABINET IVARS ET BALLET.
