ZAC Borderouge

The purpose of the Borderouge ZAC (joint development zone), located to the north of Toulouse, is to create a major new housing area to urbanise the north of the city. Covering some 140 hectares, the development includes 3,500 residential units and various facilities, including the Maourine park (13 hectares). The project is being managed with Mezzoteam.

SETOMIP (Societe d’Equipement de Toulouse Midi-Pyrenees) is in charge of the project. SETOMIP is a public-private partnership working on behalf of the local authorities in the Midi-Pyrénées region.
