ZAC des Bruyères, ZB2 sector

Mezzoteam was chosen as the construction project management solution for an office building in the ZB2 sector of the Bruyères ZAC (joint development zone) located in the municipality of Bois Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine department) close to Courbevoie and Asnières. This office building can accommodate up to 1,800 workstations, an inter-company restaurant and a conference room. Applications for environmental certifications (BREEAM , BBC and HQE ) have been submitted for this project.

A summary of those involved in the project: the client/project owner SCI BOIS COLOMBES ZB2 Bureaux, the delegated site supervisor SEFRI-CIME ACTIVITES ET SERVICES, the project manager in charge of works COTEBA, the architect CHAIX & MOREL and the inspection office SOCOTEC.

A private group with an institutional culture, Sefri-Cime places great importance on the symbolic value of the architecture of its buildings and uses some of the leading figures in French architecture.
