Infopro Digital, publisher of the Mezzoteam collaborative solution for document and data management of construction projects, announces the completion of two acquisitions that materially transform its product portfolio:

• Formi, which specialises in technical document and financial management for construction projects
• Bulldozair, which digitises construction processes on worksites by collecting, tracking and securing data including measurements, images, plans and contracts.
