Dijon’s museum of fine arts, one of only two museums in France – along with the Louvre – to be housed in a royal palace, has launched a programme of renovation of its building. Renovation work has been entrusted to Éric Pallot, chief architect of historic monuments in France, and the Ateliers Lion Architectes Urbanistes, winners of the competition organised in 2005.
The project needed a document and invoicing management platform.

Prosys was selected with its Mezzoteam solution, already in use in developments such as the Centre Pompidou in Metz, the Musée du Quai Branly in Paris and the Musée des Confluences in Lyon. For the financial part, Prosys worked with the company Epicture.

Epicture publishes the EDIFLEX® solution, the leading application in France for the electronic management of working situations and the paperless processing of payment-related vouchers/tokens provided by the Project Owner to the Public Treasury Accountant.

Epicture and Prosys are partners on a number of projects, including those of the Conseil Général de la Gironde, the Bordeaux and Montpellier tramways, and Amiens Hospital.
