Simplify your exchanges with comments

In the course of a project, you often need to communicate informally about documents, ask questions or suggest changes. Comments allow you to collaborate easily, while keeping track of exchanges.

In practice, when you make a comment on Mezzoteam, several actions are possible:

• Notify people with the mention @
• Restrict access to your comment to certain people by checking the ‘Confidential’ option

• Attach files to your comment: click on the ‘Add files’ button or drag and drop files into the comment entry area
