Mezzoteam 6.1 was released on 22th June. Discover the main new features of Mezzoteam that will make your day-to-day work easier.

Simplify your handling: a constant focus of our efforts to save you time!

Version 6.1 offers a host of new ergonomic features. Here are 3 of them:

A new pictogram indicates which fields must be filled before the document can be signed.

It is now also possible to validate documents directly from the lists. A real time-saver!

From the home page, users can see which package (Express/Pack/pro) corresponds to each workspace to which they have access.

An ever more efficient classification tree
Thanks to the new features of Mezzoteam’s classification tree, you can now bulk upload your files while enhancing their metadata!

Improving administrator comfort
Mezzoteam is fully customisable, and the ease of use of the administration tools is a constant concern for our team. Mezzoteam’s ability to adapt to each project context is one of its main strengths. But this potential is nothing if not put to use by Mezzoteam Administrators. Version 6.1 brings new features that will make their day-to-day work easier. These include:

  • It is now possible to move sections and rows of a form by simply dragging and dropping them.
  • The directory input window (for setting rights) is now identical to that of the user site, and lets you filter users or groups by typing their name, for example.
  • It is now possible to prevent a document from being signed if no file is associated with it.

Managing Mezzoteam with its API
With the second release of its REST API, Mezzoteam now allows bidirectional exchanges. You can easily integrate their tools with the project CDE, in order to optimize flows and preserve the integrity of information.

Functions have been added to the API for access to:

  • creating forms
  • uploading files
  • linking forms
  • accessing the directory.

Monitoring functions are also present to allow to immediately see the total number of calls and the number of errors, and to export the details of calls, in order to be able to better track the use of the API.
